I recently hired a jet ski from Thrills and Chills and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Matt, the owner, was extremely attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed for a fun and safe experience on the water. Not only was he accommodating and flexible, but he also offered to teach me some stunts if I was interested. Overall, I give Thrills and Chills a 5/5 rating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a jet ski.

The guys in the service department are great. Dropped on my supercharger for rebuild one afternoon without any booking and it was ready by lunchtime the next day. Bought a few parts there over the space of a week and was given good pricing for everything, and they are also happy to give advice as I do my own mechanical work. Will definitely be using these guys for all my parts and accessories.

Fantastic service from Lou, Julie and Jay Sloot as always. Today I called in and showed Julie a barefoot wetsuit that I had recently purchased which was pulling apart at the stitching. Immediately Lou took pics and called the manufacturer, we all agreed it could be repaired but it would take 2-3 weeks. In the meantime they have supplied me loan barefoot wetsuit until mine returns. You can’t get that service from an online supplier!

I recently bought a Trophy from the team at Friday’s. I mainly dealt with TJ and Alannah, 10/10 for customer service from these two. The mechanic is a friendly, knowledgeable guy too (forgot his name). The buying process was easy and stress free. Excellent team to deal with!
